My sister and I, and my Mother and her sister had a mini vacation of a lifetime in Branson, MO on Mother's Day weekend. We had a ball riding the Ducks at Lake Taneycomo. The tour guide was wonderful and full of history. My Aunt (82) is from Tacoma, WA, Mom (79) from Las Vegas, NV and my sister from Steeleville, MO. My sister had planned on my Mom and Aunt staying with her, however, I didn't know I was going to be there that particular weekend. They wore my sister and I out, but we had fun!! They loved the green fried tomatoes and the homemade blackberry cobbler at the Farmhouse, and of course the shopping. There favorite show was the Six Brothers, actual brothers, who sang and used no instruments other than their mouths. They were great!

Branson Bell
Acorn Acres RV Park
Acorn Acres was a very pretty picturesque RV park where we stayed a week in Branson, MO. As you can see the storm shelter warning had us concerned as we checked in, however, we never had to use it. We would definitely return to Branson and also stay at this park. Jerry's retired law enforcement buddy and his wife joined us on this trip. It was fun listening to their undercover stories of years past.
