Eisenhower and Johnson Tunnel
We drove through one of the most famous tunnels in the world, 60 miles west of Denver on I-70 The Eisenhower tunnel is the longest in the world, 1.6 miles long, highest in the world, over 11,000 feet. Over 29,000 people drive through each day. This is the best picture I could get to capture of both tunnels of Pres. Eisenhower and Pres. Johnson, which was later built to accomodate the amount of travelers that drive through each day.
