Historic Home in Bastrop

This is a another beautiful historic home, H. B. Combs House, 1208 church, Circa 1912. The week June 9 through June 16, 2007, Bastrop is Celebrating it's 175th birthday and Juneteenth Celebration. A week-long tribute to "the most historic small town in Texas - Bastrop!
Several of the proud owners of some of these architectural treasures are opening their porches for the evening, June 11, 6:-7:30 p.m., of "neighborliness." Five neighborhoods are being highlighted, and this is one of them..so if you're in the neighborhood, join them on the porch for "porch sitting". After a stroll through the historic neighborhoods, then they end the evening with "Movies in The Park".
